In February there is Yoga, Chocolate and Wine, late winter is Cleansing Though Ayurvedic Principles, and Restorassage workshops are offered periodically, allowing Nancy to utilize her 22 years as a Liscened Massage Therapist and combining her yoga training together for a truly unique and relaxing experience. Look for the Holiday Restorassage workshop offered at the beginning of the hectic holiday season and the Stress Release Workshop at end of the school year.

One-on-one instruction is an opportunity to focus on yourself and your body's individual needs. If you would benefit from more relaxation, letting go of tension, to open, expand, stretch and release all those tight muscles in your body, then a private session is for you!

One-on-one instruction is an opportunity to focus on yourself and your body's individual needs. If you would benefit from more relaxation, letting go of tension, to open, expand, stretch and release all those tight muscles in your body, then a private session is for you!
Nancy completed her graduate work in September 2019 and is an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) from The Himalayan Institute. This form of therapy allows her to provide rehabilitation and transformation to old and new injuries, she also works with disease and chronic illness for those living with and surviving cancer, MS, Parkinson's, autoimmune disease, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, seniors, osteoporosis and more. Nancy offers a wholistic approach, taking the entire body into account to restore balance, symmetry and well-being.
One Spirit Yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga which focuses on your breath, strength, core support, and relaxation. The alignment of the poses are adapted to meet the needs of each individual student. These yoga classes provide the opportunity to unfold your inner body wisdom, and to express and connect to your true essence.
Private sessions and yoga classes are offered on Zoom and in person.
